Meet Our Staff
Dr. Robert Gribble, DVM, CVPM
Dr. Gribble is an LSU Graduate from the class of 1997, and has been here at HVH since 2001. Originally from Waskom Texas, he spent his first 2 years of veterinary medicine in Houston, and his second 2 in Whitehouse before settling here in Hallsville. Dr. Gribble, (also known as the singing vet), loves to get out his guitar and sing a few lines, so if you come in and hear the guitar, you are in the right place.
Dr. Miranda Greer, DVM
Dr. Greer joined our team in March of 2014. She graduated from LSU's School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She has raised and competed with Champion Catahoulas since 1995. She has also been active in rescue. Dr. Greer currently shares her life with several dogs, pigs, chickens, turtles, rabbits, and fish.
Brittany , CVA III / Hospital Supervisor
Brittany is from Marshall Texas, where she has lived her whole life. She has been around animals since she was a young girl. In high school she participated in FFA where she raised and showed steers. She also rode horses on a drill team for a couple of years. Starting in the kennel she moved up to a Technician, and has been in the Veterinary field for 4 years. Her personal animals include two Great Danes, a Beagle, three cats, and a lizard. She also has a 6 year old son who loves to play baseball!!!
Shannon , CVA III / Office Manager
Shannon joined our team January of 2014. She has an affinity for animals large and small. She has a college degree in Wildlife/Forestry Conservation. Shannon also keeps the clinic flowing in a orderly manor.
Jamie , CVA II / Kennel Supervisor
Jamie joined the Hallsville Vet Team in 2011. "I enjoy my job working with animals and meeting new people." She loves working with her co-workers at Hallsville Vet. "We are a family." She is a wonderful Kennel Supervisor who keeps all the animals in a happy, clean environment.
Vanessa Johnson, CVA II
Vanessa joined our team in February 2017. She has over 15 years experience in the veterinary field in both Texas and Pennsylvania. She lives with at least three dogs and a few cats, since she can't turn a stray away. Her love and compassion for animals will make your pet feel at ease in a stressful situation. She is now on her way to achieving her CVA lll.
Kayleigh joined our team December 2015. She has been around animals her whole life. She is a student at Hallsville High School and her dream is to be a LVT. She is an animal lover. Kayleigh also raises and shows lambs in FFA. She also enjoys barrel racing.
Margie has been working with animals since 2004 when she started as a kennel technician in a doggie day-care. She decided then that pets were her passion and that she would build a career around caring for them. She came to us in 2011 as an experienced groomer with a keen eye for a good hair cut. She has an amazing ability to handle nervous and grumpy dogs. She lives with 3 dogs and 2 cats. She grooms on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
